Participation in the Promptwise Games is governed by these Official Rules and the Promptwise Affiliate Program Terms available at:

The Affiliate Program Terms govern the general Promptwise Affiliate relationship, including attribution, commissions, payment requirements, marketing standards, and Affiliate account obligations.
These Official Rules govern matters specific to the Promptwise Games, including Games eligibility, Valid Sales, milestone bonuses, rankings, Top 10 Finisher determination, and Games awards.
If these Official Rules conflict with the Affiliate Program Terms regarding a matter specific to the Promptwise Games, these Official Rules control.
If promotional material conflicts with either these Official Rules or the Affiliate Program Terms, the applicable governing document controls.
3. Games Period
The Promptwise Games begin on September 21, 2026 at 00:00:00 UTC and end at the end of day on December 19, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC.
The Games Period covers 90 calendar days, inclusive of September 21 and December 19, 2026.
Promptwise server records determine when activity occurred.
4. Eligibility and Entry
Participation is available to approved Promptwise Affiliates who satisfy the Affiliate Program Terms.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in their jurisdiction.
No Promptwise purchase or subscription is required.
Employees, officers, and directors of ZeroTen, and members of their immediate households, may not win a Games award unless ZeroTen expressly publishes a different eligibility rule before the Games begin.
Participation is unavailable where applicable law prohibits the Promptwise Games or prevents ZeroTen from lawfully operating the Games or paying an eligible participant. Participation is also unavailable where sanctions, payment restrictions, export controls, or other applicable legal restrictions prevent ZeroTen from lawfully operating the Games or making the applicable payment.
5. Valid Sales
One genuinely new Promptwise customer who completes their first successfully collected payment during the Games Period counts as one Valid Sale.
Trials do not count until a successful paid conversion occurs.
One customer may count only once.
Renewals, upgrades, plan changes, reactivations, and additional credit purchases may generate regular Affiliate commission under the Affiliate Program Terms but do not create additional Valid Sales.
Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not count.
A transaction initiated during the Games Period may remain pending until its validation period is complete.
Every Valid Sale also earns the standard 15% Affiliate commission under the Affiliate Program Terms. This commission is separate from and additional to any milestone bonus, Milestone Achievement Bonus, or Top 10 Ranking Bonus described in these Official Rules.
6. Milestone Bonuses
Each qualifying Affiliate earns a cumulative base reward of $5 for every verified Valid Sale during the Games Period, including sales between the listed milestones. The base reward is capped at $125,000 per Affiliate for this Games Period, reached at 25,000 verified Valid Sales. The following table shows the base reward at each listed milestone:

Base milestone amounts are cumulative, not additive: the base reward equals $5 multiplied by the actual verified Valid Sales count, up to the $125,000 cap. Affiliates do not add the table rows together. The separate Milestone Achievement Bonus below is a single cumulative amount based on the highest qualifying bonus milestone reached. Earlier bonus amounts are included in that amount, not added on top.
For example, 10 verified Valid Sales earn $50 base, 11 earn $55 base, and 25 earn $125 base. At 75 verified Valid Sales, the base is $375; with the $25 achievement bonus already earned at 50 sales, the cumulative standard total is $400.
Milestone Achievement Bonus
The Milestone Achievement Bonus equals 10% of the base amount at the highest qualifying bonus milestone reached. The qualifying milestones are 50, 250, 1,000, 5,000, 15,000, and 25,000 verified Valid Sales. The formula is: qualifying milestone sales count × $5 × 10%.
The bonus amount is updated when an Affiliate reaches a higher qualifying bonus milestone; it is not the sum of bonuses from earlier milestones. Between qualifying bonus milestones, the most recently reached bonus amount remains in place. Any achievement bonus already paid is credited toward this cumulative amount, so only the unpaid difference is due. Approved payouts follow Section 12.
For example, 50 verified Valid Sales unlock a $25 achievement bonus. At 100 sales, the bonus remains $25. At 250 sales, the bonus is 250 × $5 × 10% = $125 in total, not $25 + $125. The standard total at 250 sales is $1,250 base plus $125 achievement bonus, or $1,375. If the earlier $25 achievement bonus has already been paid, the remaining achievement amount is $100. At 5,000 sales, the achievement bonus is 5,000 × $5 × 10% = $2,500 in total.
The following table shows the cumulative base milestone bonus, the single cumulative Milestone Achievement Bonus, and the resulting cumulative standard total. Amounts already paid are deducted from the next payout:

The maximum standard total for this Games Period is $137,500 per Affiliate, at the 25,000 milestone.
Valid Sales beyond 25,000 may affect ranking but do not increase the milestone bonus or the Milestone Achievement Bonus. Any regular Affiliate commission is governed separately by the Affiliate Program Terms.
7. Rankings and Top 10 Finishers
Eligible Affiliates are ranked by their number of verified Valid Sales during the Games Period, from highest to lowest.
The ten eligible Affiliates with the highest number of verified Valid Sales are the Top 10 Finishers. The single highest-ranked eligible Affiliate is the Top Finisher. The Top 10 Ranking Bonus described in Section 8 is awarded only to the Top 10 Finishers.
An Affiliate must generate at least one verified Valid Sale to be ranked. If fewer than ten eligible Affiliates have any verified Valid Sales, only those Affiliates are ranked and only they may be Top 10 Finishers.
If two or more Affiliates have the same number of verified Valid Sales, the tie will be resolved first by the highest Net Revenue generated from the first successfully collected payment associated with each Valid Sale during the Games Period.
If two or more Affiliates remain tied with the same number of verified Valid Sales and the same Net Revenue, the higher rank goes to the Affiliate who first reached the highest milestone achieved by the tied Affiliates.
No random drawing will be used.
8. Top 10 Ranking Bonus
The $5-per-sale base reward in Section 6 can be earned by every qualifying Affiliate. The Milestone Achievement Bonus is based on the highest qualifying bonus milestone reached. The Top 10 Ranking Bonus is different. It is awarded only to the Top 10 Finishers determined under Section 7, and the amount depends on final rank.
Each Top 10 Finisher earns a Top 10 Ranking Bonus equal to a percentage of the base amount at their highest achieved listed milestone, that is, their last passed milestone, based on their final rank. This ranking-bonus basis is the listed milestone sales count multiplied by $5, rather than the actual sales count between milestones:
- 1st place, the Top Finisher: 50% of the base milestone bonus
- 2nd place: 25% of the base milestone bonus
- 3rd place: 15% of the base milestone bonus
- 4th through 10th place: 10% of the base milestone bonus
This bonus is calculated on the base milestone bonus only, not on the Milestone Achievement Bonus. It is in addition to the milestone bonus and any Milestone Achievement Bonus the Affiliate has already earned, and is separate from and additional to regular Affiliate commission, which is governed by the Affiliate Program Terms.
To be clear, a Top 10 Finisher receives everything they have earned: their base milestone bonus, the single cumulative Milestone Achievement Bonus based on their highest qualifying bonus milestone reached (50, 250, 1,000, 5,000, 15,000, or 25,000), and their Top 10 Ranking Bonus. The by-rank totals below already combine all of these.
For example, the Top Finisher with exactly 5,000 verified Valid Sales earns a base milestone bonus of $25,000, a Milestone Achievement Bonus of $2,500 (10% of $25,000), and a Top 10 Ranking Bonus of $12,500 (50% of the base), for a cumulative total of $40,000. A 4th-place finisher at the same milestone earns $25,000 plus $2,500 plus $2,500 (10% of the base), for a cumulative total of $30,000.
The following table shows the total a Top 10 Finisher earns at each milestone, by final rank. Each cumulative total already includes the base milestone bonus and the single cumulative Milestone Achievement Bonus. Amounts already paid are deducted from the remaining payout:

The maximum Top 10 Finisher total for this Games Period is $200,000, for the Top Finisher at the 25,000 milestone.
9. Meaning of the $125,000 Figure
References to "$125,000" or "$125K" in Promptwise Games branding describe the maximum base cumulative milestone bonus that an Affiliate may earn during the Games Period by reaching the 25,000 Valid Sales milestone.
The $125,000 figure does not include the Milestone Achievement Bonus, the Top 10 Ranking Bonus, or regular Affiliate commission. At 25,000 Valid Sales, an Affiliate earns a single cumulative Milestone Achievement Bonus of $12,500 and a cumulative standard total of $137,500, and the Top Finisher at that milestone earns a total of $200,000.
The $125,000 figure does not describe a guaranteed payment or an amount that any participant is expected or guaranteed to earn. Every legitimate bonus properly earned under these Official Rules will be paid following validation and required compliance onboarding.
10. Leaderboard
An informational leaderboard will be available at:
https://promptwisegames.com
ZeroTen intends to refresh the leaderboard at least once every 12 hours while the service is functioning normally.
The leaderboard may display preliminary or pending activity that has not completed validation and may later be adjusted or removed.
Leaderboard figures do not create an entitlement to payment and do not conclusively determine the Top 10 Finishers.
ZeroTen's final audited transaction records determine Valid Sales, milestone achievement, rankings, and awards.
The leaderboard may display an Affiliate's chosen public name or handle. Participants must not use another person's name, trademark, or misleading identity.
11. Verification and Final Audit
All Valid Sales, milestones, and rankings are subject to a 30-day validation and final audit.
ZeroTen may examine transactions, customer accounts, payment patterns, traffic sources, promotional content, device information, and other relevant records to detect refunds, duplication, manipulation, fraud, or rule violations.
A provisional leader may be disqualified or moved in ranking if activity is invalidated.
ZeroTen expects to confirm the final rankings after the validation and audit period and issue applicable Top 10 Ranking Bonus payments no later than January 19, 2027, provided each recipient has completed all required tax, identity, sanctions, invoice, and payment onboarding.
If compliance onboarding is incomplete, payment may be delayed until completion.
12. Milestone Payments
Milestone bonuses and the Milestone Achievement Bonus are paid under the same payout process as all commissions, set out in the Affiliate Program Terms, including payout timing, minimum payout, and refund offsets. Bonuses are approved and paid after the validation and audit period in Section 11.
13. Mandatory Payout Requirements
All payout requirements, including identity verification, tax documentation, sanctions screening, payment onboarding, and any legally required invoicing, are set out in the Affiliate Program Terms and apply to Games awards. ZeroTen may withhold amounts required by law.
14. Physical Trophy
The confirmed Top Finisher will receive a custom physical Promptwise Games trophy with an approximate retail value of $1,000.
ZeroTen will arrange reasonable worldwide shipping to destinations where shipment and delivery are legally and commercially available.
Shipping is unavailable to sanctioned, embargoed, prohibited, or unsupported persons, countries, territories, or addresses.
If lawful delivery is impossible or commercially impracticable, ZeroTen may provide an alternative award of equal or greater approximate retail value.
The Top Finisher is responsible for local income taxes, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and similar government charges unless ZeroTen expressly agrees otherwise.
15. Required Affiliate Disclosure
Disclosure requirements are set out in the Affiliate Program Terms and apply to all promotion of Promptwise during the Games. An acceptable disclosure is: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
16. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct is set out in the Affiliate Program Terms and applies fully to the Games. Conduct that violates those terms may lead to disqualification from the Games, reversal or forfeiture of bonuses, and account termination, based on a reasonable review of the available evidence.
17. Top 10 Finisher Notification
ZeroTen will contact each provisional Top 10 Finisher using the information associated with their Affiliate account.
Each provisional Top 10 Finisher must respond and complete all requested verification within 30 days.
If a provisional Top 10 Finisher is ineligible, disqualified, cannot lawfully be paid, or fails to complete verification, the next highest-ranked eligible Affiliate may be selected in their place.
18. No Earnings Guarantee
Participation does not guarantee sales, commission, bonuses, ranking, profit, or any particular result.
Examples are mathematical illustrations and do not represent typical or expected earnings.
Individual results depend on actual verified sales and compliance with these Official Rules.
19. Suspension, Cancellation, and Technical Problems
ZeroTen may suspend, extend, cancel, or modify the Games where reasonably necessary because of fraud, widespread technical failure, security incidents, legal requirements, force majeure, or circumstances that materially compromise the Games.
ZeroTen will not use this provision merely to avoid paying properly earned awards.
Where reasonably possible, ZeroTen will preserve eligible activity completed before a suspension or modification.
ZeroTen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any error or inaccuracy in the administration of the Games, including in these Official Rules, milestone or award amounts, sales attribution, rankings, or the leaderboard, and to adjust or void any Valid Sales, milestones, rankings, or awards affected by such error so that they reflect the correct outcome under these Official Rules.
If an administrative, technical, or operational error materially affects the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Games, ZeroTen may suspend, modify, or terminate the Games to the extent reasonably necessary to address it.
Awards are payable only as correctly determined under these Official Rules following validation and audit. ZeroTen will exercise these rights reasonably and in good faith.
20. Publicity and Privacy
ZeroTen may announce each confirmed Top 10 Finisher's chosen public name, ranking, verified sales count, and award.
Any additional use of a Top 10 Finisher's legal name, image, voice, biography, or likeness will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.
How affiliate and customer data is processed is set out in the Affiliate Program Terms.
21. Taxes
All awards and commissions may be taxable. Tax responsibilities are set out in the Affiliate Program Terms, and each participant is responsible for their own taxes.
22. Decisions and Records
ZeroTen's decisions concerning eligibility, transaction validation, fraud, sales counts, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law, provided those decisions are made reasonably and in good faith.
Promptwise server and payment records control in the event of a discrepancy.
23. Governing Law
These Official Rules follow the same governing law and dispute-resolution terms as the Affiliate Program Terms: Delaware law, with disputes brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
24. Future Promptwise Games
These Official Rules apply only to the Games Period ending December 19, 2026.
Any future Promptwise Games will be governed by separately published dates, awards, eligibility requirements, and rules.
